Care Information : All pillows should be professionally cleaned unless otherwise noted. Pillow inserts are washable and hypoallergenic. Fill is 100% polyester. Down inserts are available in some sizes. Request price and availability by e-mail.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are welcome. A limited supply of fabric and trim samples are available from the current inventory.

Payment Methods : All major credit cards are accepted through Paypal, which is a safe and secure way to pay for online purchases. You do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal. Money orders should be made out to Pat McCandlish. Purchase will be shipped once payment has been received. A confirmation e-mail will be sent when order is received and again when order is shipped.

Single or Multiple Pillow Ordering: If you have a single pillow order and are using a credit card through PayPal, click on the Buy Now button. To order two or more pillows using PayPal, a check or a money order, e-mail me and I will send you an invoice. Include: Your name, address, pillow numbers, pillow names, and prices. Invoices have a PayPal button in them if you choose to pay through PayPal.

Shipping : All pillows are shipped Fed-Ex Ground and insured. Some pillows fall into the oversize shipping category due to size and delicate trims that cannot be crushed. Shipping price codes are next to pillow prices at the bottom of each pillow image box.

Multiple pillow shipments: please e-mail for shipping price. Any overages in shipping and handling costs will be credited.

New York State residents add 8% sales tax applied after shipping costs.

Orders from outside the Continental US: Please email and I will let you know the shipping costs.

All Sales are Final: All of my pillows are handcrafted and either one of a kind or very limited. For this reason all sales are final. Some fabric swatches are available to help you with your decision. I also offer free design assistance to help you select the pillow or pillows that would work best with your decor.
